The file growth-experiment-2009-08-24_11-55-41.lisp contains a sample
reachability run, including a set of Auxiliary Nutrients.

Please drop the file in the following directory, under the
ptools-local directory of your Pathway Tools installation:

ptools-local/growth-experiments/ecocyc/

(This directory may need to be created, if it does not exist yet.)

The GUI for the Reachability Analysis will then list that file in its
file-selector box.
